Hi, I’m Seth Byrd,
and I’ve had the privilege of serving as the preaching minister at Lake City Christian Church since 2014. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it!
I’m blessed to be married to my wonderful wife, Erin, and together, we have two sets of twins that keep us on our toes! As a family, we love spending time playing games together—it’s one of our favorite ways to connect and have fun!
One of my favorite Bible verses is 2 Timothy 1:7: “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.” This verse is a constant reminder of the strength and courage God provides for every season of life.
Hi I'm Erin Byrd,
and I am the Children’s Minister here at Lake City Christian Church.
I married my wonderful husband in 2010 and we now have 4 beautiful children! God blessed us with 2 sets of twins! I love to laugh, sing and play games and I use exclamation marks way too much!!!
I love to teach kids, especially about our Creator! One of my favorite verses is from 1 John 4:19, “We love because he first loved us.” My prayer is for everyone to know that they are beautifully and wonderfully made and to know that they are loved unconditionally by our Heavenly Father!
Hi, I'm Carrie Cooper,
I have been passionate about worship and music since I began singing in church at the age of 2. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 20 years, we are proud parents to four wonderful children. Psalms 105:2 tells us to sing to the Lord, and tell of the wonderful things he has done. As the volunteer worship leader, I believe worship is a vital expression of our faith, drawing us closer to God and helping us experience His presence. My favorite verse is “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen " Hebrews 11:1. This verse serves as a continual reminder to work on my faith and trust in God's promises.
